To Thos. Hardy of Nottm., butcher and Jos. Bell of New Sneinton, bobbin and carriage maker, 3 houses and glazier's shop in Knob Yard, Nottm., in trust for wife Sarah for life, then for children.

Household goods, plate and watch to wife for life then to children.

To trustees, 3 houses in Knob Yard in trust for s. John for life, then to his children.

2 houses in Knob Yard to s. Thos.

To trustees, 3 houses in Knob Yard in trust for d. Mary wife of Wm. Kirk, then for children.

3 houses in Knob Yard to s. Wm. without power to mortgage or sell, etc., until 40.

To trustees, house in Knob Yard in occ. of testator, and all other real and personal estate, to share between children.
