Magnetic north point (orientation to the west). Scale: 6.9 inches to 140 fathoms. Surveyed by Robert A Newman, Second Master, His Majesty's Ship Andromache. Endorsed: 'Received from the Board Room 5 April 1823' and stamped in black ink: 'Hydrographical Office' with crest
