Recites Conveyance of 9 & 10 July 1826 recited HW/96/19 giving property in detail: Capital messuage near a messuage Occ. R.T.How & another messuage occ. Fenn Cole for many years and now occ, Eliz. Cole.
Right of way for all purposes from highway leading towards Parish Church of Aspley Guise down & through the walk now an avenue of fir trees to the said capital rnessuage, together with the gardens in front of & behind the house with walls fences.
Kitchen Garden, formerly a pasture close called Pond Close, near the house.
Yard leading to the offices and buildings.
Whole range of stables & building to N.W, of the yard. (except & reserving to R.T. How ... a right of way through the yard to the nessuage & outbuildings occ. Eliz. Cole & the messuage occ. R.TL. How used as a library & to the outbuildings.)
The walk behind the house with the outhouses at the upper part thereof from the kitchen door to the boundary fence at the lower end of the kitchen garden called Pond Close.
Right of way for all purposes of 15 foot width, from said boundary fence through that part of the walk belonging to R.T. How, being a continuation of the above walk, through a piece of arable land belonging to R.T. How, occ. J. West, into the road from Aspley to Husborne Crawley, through a gateway opposite a cottage and premises belonging to Sam Wright and occ, J Hewlett. occ. Cole & of the library, right of way for all purposes from boundary hedge at bottom of kitchen garden along that part of the walk conveyed to Wright, to the mess. & tenement)
2 closes of meadow or pasture bounded by the Moors or Canals & other lands occ. J. West, called Dry & Lamas Grickhill, (7 ac.) with the cow shed between the two closes.
Cartway from that part of the walk belonging to R.T.How to the two closes.
2 Pews in Aspley Guise Parish Church for many years used by the occupiers of the Messuage, Samuel Wright has sold the property to the Rev. Mr. Smith, in 1840, who has question the right of several of How's tenants to rights of way (a plan referred to, as annexed, is lost.)
