3. Robert Aglionby Slaney of Walford Manor esq and Elizabeth his wife.
4. Thomas Bulkeley Owen of Tedsmore Hall esq and John Somerset Packington of Westwood House co Worcs esq. Joseph Muckleston late of Prescott near Shrewsbury esq decd by will of 31 March 1824 gave his manor of Walford and his capital and other messuages in the townships of Walford and Yeaton in the parish of Baschurch which he had then lately purchased from Plowden Presland esq and had received in exchange from John Arthur Lloyd of Domgay esq to the Rev. Joseph Aldrich Cotton and Joseph Pycroft and Thomas Avery esquires in trust to use of testator's sister in law Frances Muckleston for life, remainder to use of trustees during her life to support etc, after her death to use of his niece Elizabeth Slaney for life, remainder to trustees etc, remainder to use of R.A. Slaney if then living and his assigns for life, remainder to use of trustees etc, remainder to use of 1st and other sons of Elizabeth Slaney successively, in default to use of Elizabeth Frances Slaney and heirs of her body. The testator gave his other property in the townships of Merrington and Walford and in the parishes of Preston Gubballs and Baschurch to the same trustees to use of his niece Elizabeth Slaney and assigns for her life, trustees to support etc, after to use of R.A. Slaney if living for his life remainder to trustees etc, after to use of sons in succession, in default to use of Elizabeth Frances Slaney and heirs of body. Cotton, Pycroft, Avery and R.A. Slaney to be executors. Muckleston made several codicils, none of which altered this devise; he died November 1830; will proved by R.A. Slaney alone 18 Dec 1830 in the Prerogative Ct of the Archbishop of Canterbury. Elizabeth Slaney never had a son. Elizabeth Slaney never had a son. Elizabeth Frances Slaney was 21 on - 1834. Consideration: to destroy to estate tail of Elizabeth Frances Slaney in the hereitaments (to which Frances Muckleston, R.A. Slaney and Elizabeth his wife as protector of the will or settlement have agreed). Draft conveyance to Owen and Packington of the manor of Walford and capital and other messuages etc in the townships of Walford and Yeaton in the parish of Baschurch which Muckleston devised to use of Frances Muckleston for her life and after to use of Elizabeth Frances Slaney and heirs of her body, to hold for life of Frances Muckleston, Elizabeth Slaney and R.A. Slaney respectively and subject to the estate and estates of tail male of sons of Elizabeth as in the will but discharged of and from all estates tail of the said E.F. Slaney and all estates to take effect after the determination or in defeazance of that estate or estates to uses hereinafter expressed. E.F. Slaney also conveys to the same trustees all the messuages and lands in Merrington and Walford in the parishes of Preston Gubbal/s and Baschurch (limited by will of Joseph Muckleston as above) and all Muckleston's property except that already conveyed and also except certain hereditaments in Prescott, Milford, and Yeaton and in the township of Eyton co Salop and properties in cos. Staffs, Leicester, and Derby which he expressly divised to Elizabeth Slaney and her heirs, to hold subject to the several estates for life of Elizabeth Slaney and R.A. Slaney and the estate and estates in tail male of sons of Elizabeth Slaney as in the will but free of and from all estates tail of E.F. Slaney and from all later estates etc. The trustees are to stand seized of the property to such uses as Elizabeth Frances Slaney shall appoint, in default or as to any part to which such direction shall not extend, to use of Elizabeth Frances Slaney, her heirs and assigns for ever. 2 schedules of the property to be added.
