[Wisdom and Green Pits were purchased in 1800 by Thos. Dallimore of London from Jn. Yeoman of Frome Selwood, heir and grandson of Jn. Yeoman of Nunney, and in 1821 by Jn. Fussell of Nunney (d.1821) who left them to his dau. Sarah Wansborough (d.1841). In 1842 Green Pits was sold to Geo. Mees of Howell, and Longlands and Wisdom to the Revd. Jn. Ireland. The 2 latter were sold to Jn. Fussell of Nunney in 1848 and to Chas. Webb of Whatley in 1850. He settled them, inter alia, on his sons Wm. and Chas. Curtis Webb in 1865. Longlands was sold to Jas. Edw. Gunning in 1879.]
