These bills have been taken from the Lloyd family papers, GRO D 1949, as they appear to have been included there by mistake. A note clipped to one bill states that they were given [to Cheltenham Library] by Dr. Devereux of Tewkesbury, 17. 1. 1931. Confusion may have arisen because one of the Tewkesbury overseers was Omwell Lloyd
