Footpath from the road between Hayters Gate and the Windmill on Aldington Freight, running south-west over part of the common called Aldington Freight, and the inclosed lands of Sackville, Earl of Thanet, to Bonnington Gate, 603 yards long, to be stopped up, as unnecessary, the distance by the new road being 632 yards.
Order: at the sign of the Walnut Tree, Aldington, 4 August 1820, with plan (scale: 32 ins. to mile) surveyed by George Guested, Littlebourne, December 1820.
Affidavit concerning publication of notices, 9 January 1821.
