- communications from Senior Regional Officer regarding: erection of public shelters on St.Peter's Green and at Bedford Modern School; incendiary bombs; Fire Prevention (Business Premises) Order 1941; situation reports regarding incendiary bombs; re-organisation of staff; Wardens' Posts at 113 West Street, Dunstable, Shefford Lads' Club, 6 High Street, Shefford and Methodist Church, High Street, Clapham; First Aid Party Depot at Rose Cottage, Bromham;

- communications from Ministry of Health regarding: use of 27 Park Road East, Bedford as County Store; use of St.Mary's Methodist Schoolroom, Bedford as a First Aid Post; employment of doctors of enemy alien nationality; Mobile Unit Headquarters at 81 High Street, Dunstable; blacking-out of Kempston Up End School;

- destruction of rats and mice;

- repair of war damage to dwelling houses;

- heating and public health in air raid shelters;

- Military Service: Reserved Occupations - retention of officers;

- deferment of call up for Casualty Services personnel;
