Attested copy indenture of fine then levied at Westminster before Vicary Gibbs, Robert Dallas, James Allan Park and James Burrough justices, between Thomas Chambers, plaintiff, and John Reeve and Helen his wife, Benjamin Appelbee and Hannah his wife, deforciants, of 8 messuages, 4 barns, 4 stables, 8 gardens, 45 acres land, 20 acres meadow, 10 acres pasture and common of pasture for all cattle in Studley, Henley (-in-)Arden and Ullenhall for £400. (Copy made 29 April 1825)
