2) Margaret Lee, spinster, of Wroxeter.
Recitation of Mortgage of 9th May 1741 (465/313) Whereas Seymour having occasion for the further sum of £200 has borrowed the same from Margaret Lee as well on the security of the premises in the mortgage, as also of his bond of equal date herewith. Now in consideration of the £200, and for better securing the repayment thereof with interest of 4% per annum, T.S. covenants that the capital messuage and lands in the mortgage shall at all times hereafter stand and be charged with the payment of the £200 and interest as well as with the £1,100 and interest, and that the premises by virtue of the proviso in the mortgage shall not be redeemed until full payment shall be made of the two sums.
