Ink on linen backed paper.
Farm near Brandy Bridge, Bickenhall, total acreage 29. Also cottage and garden at Bulford Bridge in Curland parish. Fields named and numbered with reference to key on map which gives field names again, and state of cultivation and acreages in addition. Names of neighbouring landowners given. Perspective drawing of Bickenhall church in upper right corner.
