From Richard Booth the younger of Coventry, builder to Edward Gulson of Coventry dyer of a newly erected house, adjoining the Coventry to Bedworth turnpike in Holy Trinity Parish, Coventry, now in the occupation of Edward Gulson. Covenants, not to use the property for business premises, to keep the trees and shrubs in the garden and repaint the building every 3 years. The signatures on the fold of the lease clipped. The lease has therefore been cancelled.
