1) Bell Brothers Limited
2) The North Eastern Railway Company
(see BS/BB/4/1/6 and BS/BB/4/1/16) to build an embankment within 4 years for the railway replacing the viaduct (Bell Brothers leaving unworked all areas marked blue and purple on map for this purpose and, until completion all marked pink, green and yellow). After completion, areas marked green and yellow may be worked for the sum of £1 091-12-6. Blue and purple areas, in lieu of being untouched shall be compensated by the Railway company. With clauses and plan. -
