26 Oct. 15 Eliz. Indenture. Parties Myles Ince of Ince gent. one part & William Ince of Ince Tailor, Margerye Ince, wife of the said William, & Myles Ince son of the said William & Margerye upon other part.
Demise in consideration of £10 to William, Margerye his wife & Myles of all that messuage in Ince, with all buildings etc, meadows, fields etc, together with pasture of common & one --------- Turbary in Ince, now in the occupation of Henry Ince deceased, father of the said William of the yearly rent of 20/- for the term of their natural lives & the life of the survivor at the yearly rent of 20/-.
