i John Duncan, gardener, and Jane his wife ii Thomas Brocklebank, timber merchant, both of Ulverstone, iii John Allen of Moss side near Ulverstone, yeoman, iv George Graves of Ulverstone, waller -- dwelling house in the Ellers in Ulverstone adjoining property of iii and iv -- annual fee farm rent ¼d. Parties in i to levy a fine at the next assizes.
Agreement between ii and iii and iv test walls to be erected between their properties should be party walls
