Recital of lease and release of 8 and 9 April
(1) Elizabeth Edwards of Cheney Longvell widow of Francis Edwards late of Cheney Longvell yeoman deed. and Francis Edwards then of Cheney Longvell yeoman, only surviving son and also brother and heir of Richard Edwards eldest son of Francis Edwards deed.
(2) Robert Powell of Little Stretton in the parish of Church Stretton yeoman son and heir and executor of the will of Daniel Powell late of Marsh Mill, Whistanstow

Release of messuage in Cheney Longvell (Francis Edwards) with appurtenance By lease and release of 7 and 8 May 1728
(a) Margaret Home of Kinnerton in the parish of Wentnor, widow, surviving daughter and heir of Cornelius Farmer late of the parish of Moore, and sister and heir of Elizabeth late wife of Thomas Phillips of Moore yeoman.
(b) Samuel Home of Onibury son and heir of Margaret. Release of a messuage and walk mill or fulling mill in the parishes of Moore and Hussington (Thomas Phillips and Thomas Evans) to hold to Samuel Home, so that Margaret may receive yearly a rent of £4 for her life.
Cons: the covenants in these releases.
Deed to lead uses of fine to be levied on 2 messuages, 1 Mill, 10 acres land, 10 acres meadow, 30 acres pasture, 5 acres wood, 40 acres furze and heath in Cheney Longvell and Mucklewick and in the parishes of Moore and Rissington to the use (as to the messuage in Longvill) of Francis Dike his heirs and assigns; and as to the messuage and mill in Moore and Hissington to the use of Samuel Home his heirs and assigns, subject to the annuity and subject to an indenture of 17 June 1729 (1) Thomas Phillips then of Mooreswood in the parish of Moore dyer and Mary his wife, (2) Margaret Home and Samuel Home then both of Sibdon Carwood
(3) John Littleton and Thomas Cook.
