Parties 1) Elsie Mary Perry of Holmlea, Over Norton Rd, Chipping Norton, wife of Walter Perry, executrix of Mary Constable late of Chipping Norton, widow deced. (d.6 Feb. 1946) under his will (dated 4 April 1919) proved by 1. 13 May 1946. 1. assents to the vesting in herself of messuage, formerly used as grocer's shop, now as a fishmonger's and fruiterer's shop in New St., Chipping Norton, many years ago occupied by William Charles Jackson; and messuage, stable yard and buildings near the Blue Lion Inn in Chipping Norton, formerly occupied by George Constable. The firstly and secondly described premises are adjoining and are now occupied by J.G.Sims and known as 7 New St.
