Chart shows coastline, hydrography, buoys, jetties, harbours, topography, land use, roads, settlements, buildings, fortifications including Bangor Castle, land marks, remarks including extensive tidal and current observations. Colour manuscript. North point showing true and magnetic north (orientation to the north by west). Scale: 9.9 inches to 80 chains and 5280 feet. Surveyed by Netlam and Francis Giles, New Inn, London under the direction of John Rennie, 1815'. Annotated in pencil: 'A B to A3 3 inches=1'
