Part of highway and footpath between vill of Keston and vill of Hayes from Westerham turnpike road, along north side of messuage and premises of Harry Harmood Smith, Esq., through lands of Dame Mary Farnaby, widow, and Rev. Sir Charles Francis Farnaby, baronet, and of William Heygate, Esq., and Harry Harmood Smith, Esq., towards vill of Hayes, 274 yards long, being narrow and dangerous in the crossing of the river Ravensbourne to be diverted to new line to south of premises of H. H. Smith, through lands of Dame Mary Farnaby and Rev. Sir C.F. Farnaby and of W. Heygate, from Westerham turnpike, 306 yards long, 15 feet wide.
Order: at Keston, 9 December 1822, with plan.
Consents of Dame M. Farnaby, Rev. Sir C.F. Farnaby and W. Heygate of Keston, 7 & 9 December 1822.
