(a) Richard Bastyn of Harting, rope-maker; (b) Susan Jaques of Harting, widow; (c) Thomas Maidlow of Havant, co. Hants., grocer, and Thomas Oliver of Harting, yeo.
(a) conveys the following property to (c), to hold upon trust for (a) and (b):-
Tenement, barn, stable and garden; two closes near the said tenement called Nuttdowns (6a.); close called Rowberry (3a.) on N. of lane from Mid Lavant to Binderton and adjoining a close of land of John Young; close (5a.) on E. of said lane, adjoining a close of land late of Thomas Isemonger, dec'd., called Rowberry; parcel of meadow ground (1a.) in Mid Lavant Common Mead, adjoining Sir Thomas May's North Mead; close (6a.) near Mid Lavant Down, adjoining lands late of the said Thomas Isemonger, dec'd., and lands of Henry Browning; common of pasture for 50 sheep on Bow Hill and the Broyle; all in Mid Lavant; formerly in occ. of John Good, now of Richard Till.
