PARTIES:
1. Samuel Jones late of parish of Ramsbury, Wilts., esq. deced.
SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION:
(inter alia) messuage tenement farn and lands called Twelve Acres Farm, parish of Ensham with appurts. to Sir Michael Ernle of Brimslade, Wilts. bart, George Willoughby of Bishopstone, Wilts., esq., and Anthony Gyfford the younger of City of Westminster, brewer - upon trust - to the use of 1.'s sister Margaret Booth, wife of Nathaniel Booth, for her life and then to the use of the 3rd son of 1.'s bro. William Jones, esq. lawfully begotten and of the heirs of the body of such 3rd son lawfully issuing and in default to the use of the 4th, 5th, sixth and all the youngers sons of said bro. William Jones in remainder and in default of such issue to the use of the 2nd. son of said bro. William Jones and in default of such issue to the use of 1.'s bro. William Jones his heirs and assigns for ever.
