Laycester, Thomas Wolseley of Wolseley, co. Stafford, esq. now knight, and Humfrey, Gyffard of Black Ladies, co. Stafford, esq.. Witn. Robert Smyth, Edwarde Smyth, William Heton, James Pateson.
