1. John Madocks of Lincolns Inn, Esq., devisee of the trust estates in the will of John Ashby late of Shrewsbury, Esq., decd.
2. John Bather of the Bank, Meole Brace, Esq.
Recital of lease and release of 24 & 25 March 1763 between George Cholmondeley Viscount Malpas and Hester his wife (1) Francis Turner Blithe since decd (2) John Bather (3) being the purchase for £4,050 of several houses & c in Meole Brace.
To John Ashby on trust for John Bather.
John Ashby by will of 24 January 1779 devised the property vested in him as a trustee to John Maddocks and George Clive of Arlington St., Middx, Esq., decd. to the uses in the recited indentures. John Bather wishes the property to be conveyed to the use of him, John Bather, and his heirs. This is now done.
