(i) to (ii) : piece of land and wood (nearly 6 ac.) called y Coed Kay in Garthgellin in parish of Bettus [Bettws], except part needed to make a pond to water (i)'s lands below a watercourse there, where (ii) may have liberty to water and stand cattle.
(ii) to (i) : 2 ac. of woodland in Garthgellin, [in Bettws]; meadow and arable land (acreages given) in Llanithion [Llaneithion], in parish of Bettus [Bettws].
