Clerk to give notice to several contractors conveying prisoners that in future no allowance will be paid out of county rate, for conveying any prisoner under warrant from any J.P. to any place having separate jurisdiction.

From 1 July next no prisoner to be received in gaol or house of correction under a warrant of commitment from a J.P. from a separate jurisdiction, for any offence, except felony, committed in that jurisdiction, unless that J.P. has a charter of incorporation. Extracts from any relevant charter to be returned to the clerk at next sessions.
