- Signet Farm including messuage, 4 cottages and 157a., later also messuage and 2 corn and 1 seed mills (formerly 2 fulling mills) with 5 acres in Burford and other land in Burford and Fulbrook. One of the mills was called Lower Mill in 1870 and one (or the whole) was known as Burford Mill in 1872. It appears that the whole property was purchased by John Jacobs in 1873 and the agreement was that he should then sell Signet Farm to W.H. Fox.
