Folios 385-387. 'Return of Expenditure' form under an 'Advance under the Public Works Loan Act 1875', Statutory Declaration from Charles Wright, Clerk to the Mileham School Board within the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union to the Local Government Board, enlarging school and schoolmasters house. Witnessed by Walter M Barton, Commissioner of Oaths.
The form records the date, amount and purpose of the loan as well as the current state of payments. Particulars of expenditure are given including monies to Wright and Barton, solicitors and William Curtis.
