Andrew Ramsay of Scotland, late of Shrewsbury; William Onslow of Astley yeoman; Elizabeth Burrey of Acton Reynold widow; John Edwards of Shrewsbury dealer; Richard Hammons of Upton yeoman; Grinsell Tompson of Shrewsbury, Joseph Toukes late of Shelvock gardiner; James Burrey of Wem Joyner; Mary Valrent of Upton spinster TO William Lutwyche of Lutwyche Esq. Thomas Hill of Tearne Hall Esq; John Coppinger of Lincolns Inn gentleman Conveyance of estate of Corbet Kynaston late of Shrewsbury deceased (who by his will dated 6 January 1734 devised his estates to John Walcot, Richard Lyster and Adam Ottley in trust for payment of debts and of legacies of £50 p.a. to Andrew Ramsay, £10 p.a. to William Onslow, £10 p.a. to Elizabeth Burrey; £5 p.a. to John Edwards; with further legacies in a codicil of 13 April 1738 f £20 p.a. to Richard Hammons, £20 p.a. to Grinsell Tompson, £10 p.a. to Joseph Toukes, £10 p.a. to James Burrey, and £5 p.a. to Mary Valrent; from which they have agreed to release the estate. Corbet Kynaston died without issue on 17 June 1740).
Under the authority of a decree of 5 December in cases between Thomas Powys Esq and other creditors of Corbet Kynaston plts v. John Corbet Esq. (as administrator and one of the heirs at law on the part of the father of Corbet Kynaston) and Anna Maria Mytton (as the other heir at law on the part of the father); and John Corbet plt v. John Walcot, Richard Lyster, Adam Ottley, and Anna Maria Mytton defendants, which ordered the estates to be vested in Lutwyche, Hill, Coppinger and Windsor in trust for sale to pay debts, the manor of Leighton Buzzard (which Kynaston had devised for payment of debts) to be vested in them absolutely for this purpose.
