TIPTON, St Martin, carrying out of works of repair: 1) Demolition of chancel and east porches, rebuilding NE porch and chancel 2) Demolition of tower to the roof level and re-building as original 3) Making good all external plaster work. 4) Re-slating and refelting roof of main building. 5) Making good all drainage and guttering. 6) Tying building together with girders set in concrete below ground in order to present further subsidence. One porch at SE of nave condemned by architect as unsafe.
