Rutland, esq., administrator of the estate of Sir Thomas Barker, bart., deceased, of the first part, Lancelot Dawes, of Lyndon, gent., of the second part, and Henry Hubbard of Langham, co. Rutland, esq., of the third part: recites a deed of 24th May 6 William and Mary (q.v.) mortgaging premises in LYNDEN, and the above assignment, dated 24th February 4 George I, of the mortgaged premises: said Samuel Barker, in consideration of sum of £500 paid by said Henry Hubbard, assigns the said premises to Henry for the residue of the term of 200 years, redeemable at £525 by 20th March following.
