Manor of Nitymbe(Nytimber in Pagham.) messuages, cottages, tofts and lands which Queen Elizabeth by her letters patent dated 8 Apr. 1560, granted to Edward Darell, kt., father of (a). All lands and tenements in Pagham by the name of a capital messuage, manor, messuage, grange or farm called Nytymber in occ. of John Neweman, woods called Stanborowe and Sillingsham coppices, formerly in the tenure of (a), all those lands called Slipes (700a) once in occ of John Newman, formerly of Pagham, yeo. John Cooper of Ditcham [co. Hants], gent. and William Shawe of Pagham, husb. by lease of Thomas Darell or Edward Darell his father; lands and tenements, i.e. one parcel of land called le Inner Hewetts now in the tenure of (a), another parcel called Adrowes brooks now in occ. of (a), one virgate of land called the great Seahernes formerly in tenure of John Smythe and now Edward Darell, gent., 1 parcel of land called Breeches and holm, in occ. of Edward, half a virgate of land formerly in the tenure of John Burrye, and now of Edward, 1 cottage called Little Seahearnes in occ. of Edward Darrell, half a virgate called Goodwynes in occ. of Thomas Moory
