Coll 1, Reports on the public charities assisted by Government in several of the districts under the Bengal Presidency in 1857; Coll 2, Application for the appointment of an additional Assistant Surgeon to the Western Division of the city of Patna, March to December 1857; Coll 3, Report of the Inspector of Dispensaries, Lower Provinces, on the Kishnaghur Charitable Dispensary, 7th April 1857; Coll 4, Names of the gentlemen who had been appointed Members of Committees of Charitable Dispensaries and Hospitals during the 3rd quarter of 1857; Coll 5, Papers regarding the temporary smallpox hospital connected to the Medical College, February to December 1857; Coll 6, Sanction of the Supreme Government to the entertainment of an Establishment for the efficient management of the Lunatic Asylum at Bhowanipore, February to December 1857; Coll 7, Papers regarding the additional Establishment for the Native Insane Hospital at Dullunda, May to December 1857; Coll 8, Correspondence regarding the postponement of the erection of wards for refractory patients at Bhowanipore Lunatic Asylum, June to December 1857;
