Rehearses -
1) fine between John Sterlyng and John Maynsake, plts. and Thomas Ryvers alias Lekehull and Thomas Payn and Joan, his wife, of the manor of N. Burgate and hundred of Fordingbridge to be held by Ryvers for life with remainders to Payn and William Bulkeley, 1443.
2) after the deaths of Payn and wife, grant by Ryvers of the remainder of the manor and hundred to Bulkeley, to be held by Bulkeley and others for his life, 1448.
