Covenant to Surrender in next court to be held at Macclesfeld, on consideration of £9.11.8., a messuage belonging to Roger Faloes called ye Berecroft with the Bernefyld, orchards etc., now held by Robert Tayllior in the town of Hurdesfeld co. Chest'. Endorsed with a receipt for the above amount in five payments.
