Particulars, Plan and Conditions of Sale of Land and Property at Felmersham, to be sold by auction by W & H Peacock on 22nd July 1916 by order of the executors of the late H M Green, F A Green and others viz:
(a) Small Holding in Grays Field, Brook Farm Road, Felmersham containing 1a 0r 28p; small portion occupied by Mr Bowyer as garden ground, the whole lately in occupation of F A Green (deceased)
(b) Arable Field known as "Knights Lot" situated near Felmersham village containing 19a 1r 15p in occupation of the executors of the late H H Green
(c) Grass Paddock with two -modern cottages- containing 3r 21p in occupation of Alfred Roberts
(d) Arable Field known as "Four Acres" fronting road to Pavenham, containing 3a 3r 30p in occupation of Executors of late H H Green
(e) Hope House, 48 Clarendon Street, Bedford complete with area suitable for motor garage and gardens, let on lease to Mrs Wylie for five years from December 25th 1913
(f) 15 -10 shares in the Town and County Club, Bedford
