Henry Brownrigg, incumbent of the Benefice of the Rectory of Crofton 3. Whereas 1st party agreed for the sale of land (minerals excepted) for £175......history.....arrangements for obtaining £175 from the Parsonage Fund to purchase 4824 sq. yds, part of field number 179 on O.S. map, for ever, as a site for a parsonage house. Three large pages, notes and backing sheet. No plan.
