Description

As site for a parsonage house, between H.C.B. Wilson of Crofton 1; the Governors of the Bounty of Queen Anne for the Augmentation for the Maintenance of the Poor Clergy 2; Rev. Henry Brownrigg, incumbent of the Benefice of the Rectory of Crofton 3. Whereas 1st party agreed for the sale of land (minerals excepted) for £175......history.....arrangements for obtaining £175 from the Parsonage Fund to purchase 4824 sq. yds, part of field number 179 on O.S. map, for ever, as a site for a parsonage house. Three large pages, notes and backing sheet. No plan.
