The Queen's Lodge was established and named in 1771 and met at the Black Horse and Crown, Victualling Office Square, Tower Hill, London. In 1784 the lodge was erased but it was reinstated in the same year. In 1784 the lodge moved to the King's Head Tavern, Fenchurch Street, London and the meetings remained there until the lodge was erased in 1788.
