Description

Suggests that the basic financial conditions of an eventual Sapphire Sa.6 licence to Yugoslavia would be as follows: 1 Premium payable on signature of licence £150,000 2 Guaranteed royalties £100,000 3 Figures set out under (1) & (2) are conditional upon the following orders being placed with us at the time of signature of licence (a) 50 complete engines delivered in 1954, completed early 1955 (b) 80 completed machined sets of parts, deliveries commencing end of 1953, finishing mid 1955
