The Statistical Returns for the Settlements sub-section are included on folio 267; 'PART III - PROTECTION' (ff 100-129), consisting of sub-sections on Legislation, Police, Criminal Justice, Prisons, Civil Justice, Registration, Municipal, Military, and Marine sections.
