William Holmes also borrowoed £400 at interest and secured by a bond dated 11 July 1743 in £800, sums of £700, £800 and £400 still owing and £270 interest and the costs of ejection are unpaid.

Wm. Holmes became a bankrupt and Robert Aglionby Slaney, George Holyoak and Samuel Dickenson were Commissioners for him and by indenture 1 Oct. 1747 assigned the premises as before to Ric. Ford and Rog. Holmes.

Ric. Ford and Rog. Holmes have tried and failed to sell the premises for as much as Reb. Walthall is owed.

Release of the premises as before described and the equity of redemption of the same. Covenants.
