Benjamin Barker, of Rawcliffe Bridge, par. Snaith, co. Yorks., yeoman, mortgagee, with his mortgagers, with Hannah Rowley, of Hatfield, widow, John Rowley, of Hatfield, miller, devisee under the will of John Rowley, of Hatfield, miller, decd., Emma Mellard, of Hatfield, spinster, John Sharpe, of Armthorpe, co. A cottage, corn wind mill in Hatfield, which had been mortgaged by John Rowley, of Hatfield, miller, decd., to Barker by a deed of 5 Dec. 1798 for a principal of £100, and had been enfranchised from copyhold by a lease and release of 1 and 2 July 1818. An allotment on the West Moor commons in Hatfield near Sheep Cotes (3a 1r 3p); another allotment on West Moor (2r 16p)

For £114 13s. 0d. paid to Barker in redemption of the principal of £100 plus interest on the former, and for a further principal of £65 7s. 0d. secured by the latter, i.e. to secure together a principal of £180 with interest at 5% p.a.
