Office copy of the will of George Marsh of Belgrave Place, Pimlico, Middlesex, gent

(1) All his freehold messuages in Bargh, par. Darton, to his friends Charles Richardson of Golden Square, Middlesex, gent., and John Pike of the same place, gent. for ever, on trust that an annuity of £200 will be paid to his wife Mary for life, and that the premises are to be to the use of his only son Richard James Marsh for life, but, if the estate should be forfeited during his lifetime, it will then be to the use of Richardson and Pike, in trust to support contingent uses.

(2) All freehold and copyhold lands, the estate and inheritance of his maternal grandfather James Springham, in the parish of White Roothing, Essex, to his son James Richard Marsh, for ever.

(3) All stocks, funds, money, household goods and other personal estate, to his wife Mary.

(4) To Charles Richardson and John Pike, £25 each.

(5) To son Richard James Marsh, £50.
