Ratification of the appointment of Mr John Wood of Launceston, yeoman, in place of Simon Burnard of Launceston, yeoman, deceased, to make weekly returns of the average prices of corn at Launceston to the Treasury, being allowed 2s. for each return.
Fees and salary of the Clerk of the Peace approved, including those for examinations and passes of Patience Rodda (Easter sessions) and John Hull and Ann Wilson als Davies (Midsummer sessions).

Presentment of average prices of corn, per Winchester bushel, as follows: wheat, 5s. 6d.; barley 2s. 2d.; oats, 1s. 4d.; peas, 5s. 3½d.
Samuel Smith of Rame, fisherman, whose recognizance was estreated for failing to appear at last sessions; pleaded guilty to assault: fined 6d., and order for estreating his recognizance to be discharged.
John Bassett of Marazion, cordwainer; pleaded guilty to assault and misdemeanour against John James, gent.: fined 6d.
Richard Lanyon and wife, Elizabeth charged with assault against Sarah Bishop, base child of said Richard Lanyon; changed their plea to guilty: fined 6d. each.
John Morkham of Gwinear, mason, to appear at next sessions; Mary Morkham of Gwinear, spinster, surety.

Appeal of James Richards against order dated 21 Nov. 1780 to pay Zacharias Perry of Wendron, tinner, £2 15s. for sinking Levell Shaft in Wheal North mine, Wendron: order quashed for insufficiency.
John Wolridge Bonython, gent., William Cornish, victualler, Jane Manuell, Jane Trewinn and Elizabeth Trewinn, spinsters, all of Creed; acquitted of misdemeanour, false imprisonment and assault against Cordelia, wife of James Bonython, gent.
Bridget Mean of St Mabyn, spinster; acquitted of stealing a silver spoon, value 11d.
