Archive collection of the Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation

A unique museum tracing the history and development of Letchworth, the worlds first Garden City. The Museum actively collects archives concerning the Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation and its predecessors, for example the Garden City Pioneer Co. Records held include the business records of the British Tabulating Machine Company, Spirella and Dents Printers, family papers, building plans, maps and Letchworth Urban District Council Minutes c1940-1960. The museum also holds a large collection of photographs, posters and printed matter concerning the history of the Garden City.
