Between Ralph Drake of Blechingley, gent, and Martha his wife (1), Thomas Northey, citizen and apothecary of London, and Thomas Drake, citizen and haberdasher of London (2) and John Smith of Lincoln's Inn, gent., and Richard Jewell of Nutfield: Surrey, gent. (3), to lead the use of a Fine to the said Thos. Northey and Thos. Drake of a moiety of the manor or reputed manor capital messuage or farm called Weard als Woord als Worth and all messuages, lands, woods and the soyle of the said woods and underwoods &c. in Brightling, Sussex, containing 200 acres in the tenure of Lawrence Noakes and John Noakes
And of and in two parcels of land in Brightling called Harfeild and Furlong feild containing 14 acres and two other pieces called Sire Meadow containing 16 acres besides the shaws in Brightling in the occupation of Nicholas Gurr
And a moiety of the messuage called Winhamford, with barns, lands &c. in Brightling and Burwash containing 10 acres in the occupation of Thankfull Ticehurst
And amoiety of coppices, woods and wood ground called the Comb Wood, the Rounden, Blackbrooks next Glaziers Forge, Blackbrooks next the Sire, Mellers Wood, Homefeild and Wellgrove in Brightling containing 300 acres
