For £19. 10s. 0d., (1) to (2) parcel of land (0a. 0r. 21p.), being part of St. Alkmunds Well Close, occ. Benj. Sheldon; also parcel of land (0a. 0r. 3p.) in St. Alkmunds Well Close, occ. Rev. Mr. Manlove; which said parcels of land are now laid, into a road leading out of Bridge Gate Street in Derby, to Darley Hill Closes in Darley next Derby.
