Two Sub-Committees, the Lettings and Rents Sub-Committees (Rotas 1 and 2) were appointed in February 1946, whilst a further two, rotas 3 and 4 were appointed in May 1949. These sub-committees met alternately to interview tenants who had defaulted on their rent arrears.
