This collection comprises of deeds of the Parish Feoffment Estate in York (Coney Street), Meltonby, Yapham and Youlthorpe 1271-1694; accounts, including payments to masons building St. Martin's Church, of Sir John Appilton, executor to Sir Robert Semer 1445; assessments for church rate 1569-1572.
