Last of December 28 Eliz. Indenture Parties Myles Inse of Ince gent. one part. William Ince of Ince Tailor Dowee, now wife of the said William & Myles Ince, son of the said Wm. of the other part.

In consideration of a "certain sum of money" Myles demises to William Dowee, his wife & Myles his son, all that messuage in Ince with all buildings, gardens, meadows etc, appertaining together with common of pasture. Turbaris in Ince to the messuage belonging as now in the occupation of the said Willm & late in the occupation of Henry Ince, decd. Father of said Willem of the yearly rent of 20/- for the term of their lives & the longest liver, at the yearly rent of 20/-.

Power of re-entry & distress.

Provisions as to allocation by parts of buildings, lands etc, in case survives her husband.

Provisions as rendering boon services at harvest time etc.
