Lease from John Read, of London, ironmonger, to Nathaniel Mason, of Stratford upon Avon, gent., of 3/15 of the trade, navigation etc. up and down the river Avon from Evesham Bridge to a meadow called the Ham above the Stone Bridge, at Stratford upon Avon, and of the tonnage of coal, stone, corn etc. for 21 years at a yearly rent of £30 and 3/15 of £13.13.4 for ground-rents of locks, etc.
